The quest for a four-peat is over, there will be a new champion crowned this year. Old Man Kershaw gave it his all in his Game 7 start for KC allowing just three hits while fanning seven in seven shut out innings the T-Bones rallied from a 3-2 series hole to take games 6 and 7 and advance to the 2023 World Series.
Their opponent is still unknown thanks in large part to the effort of Outlaws starter Zac Gallen who combined with two relievers one a one-hit shutout of Redondo Beach on Tuesday to force a Game 7.
Aaron Judge, who quite literally carried this team on his back in August and September, struck out three times in Game Six, with his only hit in the series being his Game 5 solo shot.
If the Sharkz are going to win, Aaron Judge will have to come up big, while the Outlaws' quest for their first championship since 1998 are still alive
